What's up team! Last week was spent planning out was changes coming to TMS, one of them including this new edit and minimalist aeshetic that I'm looking forward to bringing to you guys more often. I've learned one thing over the past three months, and something I always knew but never really acknowledged:
How much I don't like color
But that's okay, because there's plenty of black, grey, white, navy and denim in the style world - in fact, there's probably too much. I've always had it in the back in the mind that I wouldn't turn into another replica of someone in fashion who wore black every day, but sadly that's been my reality lately. Fitness is a huge focus in my life right now, so being comfortable is the only thing on my mind when I get dressed every day. You know what that means - a lot of neutral tees and joggers.
Backpacks have always been a huge deal for me. Maybe its because I was an athlete in high school, I carried one 24/7 filled with gatorade, an extra pair of shoes and some kind of pain relief remedy (9 times out of 10 it was icy hot). Just like I used to make sure I was fully equipped for a workout/practice when I was an athlete, I use the same approach when making sure I'm strapped for whatever the day brings. This bag is the perfect mesh of style and adventure. It has countless secret pockets, is waterproof, and goes with anything I throw on before class or my late afternoon workouts.
This is a post in collaboration with Dagne Dover and the backpack was gifted to me for free. The link in this post is not an affiliate link.
